EFFICIENCY GAINS IN FIL 50 AND FIL 75

Recycled plastic is more and more frequently used in the most qualified sectors.Techno Plastic is well oriented in the construction of machineries projected to satisfy the increasing demand of industrial plants for recycled materials. After five years of technical Research and Development in the industrial plants, Techno Plastic has achieved some considerable improvements, particularly in the Pet bottles recycling process. Not only we can now process materials at a higher contamination level (residual of paper, glue, metal, etc) but we can also increment in production. This refers especially to our small and medium cut machineries (Fil 50 and Fil 75).

FIL 50
Fil 50 was created in order to satisfy those customers who needed both a reasonable level of economic investment and a modest volume of product. The machinery has gone through some major modifications in the extrusion screw profile, in the improvement of the main engine, and in the adoption of a metering pump of new generation. Fil 50 has passed from the starting 80 kg/h to the current 120 kg/h and more. After a successful pre-series, the machine has consolidated its space in our products’ range and offers unreachable characteristics:
low level of production scraps both in starting and stopping the machine;

- extreme easiness in production change (wastes and time of set up reduction);
- very good quality of products due to a particularly short processing time;
- much lower energetic consumptions;
- a really interesting price.

In this special line the above mentioned advantages and production increments do not require a high automation level of winding and packaging systems. This could bring to a further reduction of the initial investment costs.

FIL 75
Fil 75 has also taken advantage from the above mentioned improvements. It is possible to use highly polluted materials and to increase the production from 180 to 210 kg/h. These advantages, as for the Fil 50, have been obtained by keeping unchanged or even improving the mechanical safety margins.
