LET'S MEET IN MILAN AT PLAST09
Techno Plastic s.r.l. is an Italian company that manufactures extrusion lines for the production of monofilaments for many different uses (such as for brooms and brushes as well as for more technical utilizations like geo-textile, concrete reinforcement fiber and synthetic grass) and also produces complete plants for the production of straps for packaging. Made from 100% recycled material such as washed PET bottle flakes, Techno Plastic machinery can manufacture excellent products with a very short return on investment as well as savings regarding energy consumption.

Two innovative projects were realized by Techno Plastic in the recent past. The first of these was setting-up an extrusion line for the production of concrete reinforcement fiber, capable of producing monofilaments of various polymers with an impressive high tenacity. Techno Plastic’s software follows all the steps of the production and allows the user to document their supply records in order to have on record the entire extrusion process. This allows the Customer to build a database that will constitute a complete certification and documentation of the production process. High levels of automation are a further characteristic of this new Techno Plastic production line. After the extrusion process, Techno Plastic also offers various cutting, packing and packaging systems in order to meet all requirements of the Customer.

The second project realized was an extrusion line for high quality strapping bands. In cooperation with the Austrian company Erema, a world leader in plastics recycling, Techno Plastic developed a plant for the production of strapping band by associating its downstream equipment with Erema’s Vacurema extrusion system.

Techno Plastic, for the third time, will be participating in the PLAST Exhibition in Milan, Italy on March 24 – 28, 2009. On display will be the exceptional results in terms of finished product quality and energy savings regarding the latest developments from Techno Plastic. On this occasion, Techno Plastic’s General Manager and colleagues will be at Visitors disposal to show all of Techno Plastic’s latest results as well as newest innovative solutions. Moreover, upon request, Visitors will also have the opportunity to visit Techno Plastic’s factory which is not too far from the Fair. Techno Plastic’s Staff will be happy to escort Customers and potential Customers to their factory in Castelfranco Emilia, Italy.
