TECHNO PLASTIC PRESENTS EVOLCOMPACT – FLEXIBILITY, INNOVATION AND QUALITY
Techno Plastic launches EVOLCOMPACT, the new generation of equipment for the production of monofilament that, with its compact and modular design, entirely revolutionizes the classic construction of extrusion lines, providing a custom solution within reach of all kinds of needs.

EVOLCOMPACT combines economy with technology and, remaining within the environmentally friendly standard and perspective of recycling of all Techno Plastic production, it can satisfy a vast range of different requests and demands of the client.

The main feature of this new machine is undoubtedly the perfected and innovative technology, with a number of significant advantages:

 Compact construction with reduced dimensions with respect to the standard and consequent lower costs due to the need for less space
 Simple and modular installation: the machine consists of 4 different units
 Filter-Pump-Head Extrusion unit
 Draft unit
 Stretching unit
 Collection unit
All units are made and wired in Techno Plastic’s factory and shipped to the client, who can assemble the line independently, with extremely simple connections and without the need of any installation service.
 Excellent savings in terms of energy consumption, also thanks to its compact construction
 Fewer operators needed to run the machine

The new extrusion line is currently offered in two basic versions:

 EVOLCOMPACT 120M : for a production of 120 Kg/h from PET (bottle flakes)

 EVOLCOMPACT 60M : for a production of 60 Kg/h from PET (bottle flakes)

The quality of the end product is, as always, the primary objective of Techno Plastic's research work, and the Company invests a great deal of energy in this sector. So once again, it is no surprise that the monofilament produced has technical specifications in line with the high quality standards of the products obtainable with the lines of the FIL 65/75/100 range.

With the introduction of EVOLCOMPACT, Techno Plastic expects to be able to satisfy not only its traditional clients but also those markets that don’t need big productions or have, for example, space problems, but need anyway adequate solutions and high quality products.
