TECHNO PLASTIC’S PRESENCE AT INTERBRUSH 2008
Techno Plastic is participating in the Interbrush exhibition in Freiburg from April 16 to 18, 2008. The fair is a leading showcase in the field of machines and accessories for the brush, paintbrush, paintroller and mop industries.

The three-day fair offers unrivalled business opportunities and exceptional networking chances for all international delegates. Representatives from all the best companies of the Sector are expected to get together to exchange and share the latest developments in their respective spheres.

Visitors of Techno Plastic’s stand will have the great opportunity to virtually observe a full functioning Fil 75 extrusion line, complete of automatic winder and wrapper. A webcam will be connected with TP’s factory in Italy and will show the Fil 75 in all phases of its standard operating functions. This feature will allow interested visitors and future clients to see the in-house complete extrusion and process without being physically in the Techno Plastic’s premises.

Two innovative products were launched by Techno Plastic in the latest months.

The first is the latest version of the well-known high performance fully automatic system for winding and wrapping. After having developed the topic of both extrusion and drying of PET 100% recycled bottle flakes monofilament by exploring and using the best available technology, Techno Plastic has started to focus on the cycles’ automation development. In particular, to create an always more versatile and automatic system the company has looked toward the automation of all possible production cycles following the extrusion. In this context the formerly existing version of the automatic winder-wrapper has been developed to achieve an even more automatic system. The automatic reel system has been improved as well as the subsequent function of both packaging and measure cut.

The second of Techno Plastic’s new innovations is the Universal Tight Strap line for extrusion in 120 and 180 versions, a brand new multifunctional polyvalent machine that is able to produce both monofilament and strap tape for packaging. Very flexible in operation and easy to maintain, the Universal range is cost-effective while having an intensive output capability. This new line has met the requirements of those clients who needed to manufacture both products or wished to invest a lower sum and not purchase two different lines.
